Brandi has been in the real estate business for more than 8 years, and Chris's career first took flight in the Army, where he piloted helicopters. But his strong desire to serve didn't end there. Today, he brings his expertise and commitment to helping others as an EMS pilot. He is also a trusted local home inspector at Diamond Home Inspections! Brandi and Chris are also enthusiastic "dog people" who share their lives with four furry companions: Winston, Roman, Maverick, and Hank.

Brandi is also extremely passionate about sharing her story of life after breast cancer.

Rebecca has worked at Averitt for 27 years, but one of her dreams in life has always been to pursue a career in real estate, and she is so thankful that God has recently opened that door for her. She is a Listing Specialist at Skender-Newton Realty.

Her biggest joy in life is her family, who have been her support system. She just adores her husband, two kids, and three grandbabies. She is very involved in our community and is always looking for ways to make a positive impact. She is such a genuine person and we are so excited to have her join our nonprofit!

In 2016, Chelsea moved to Cookeville from Nashville while still commuting for her work in the music industry. After having her second child in 2021, she decided to make a change to be closer to home. Late 2021, Chelsea noticed a void in the Cookeville media scene. There was not a regular lifestyle publication that catered to a younger demo while still embracing the core values of the city. With her expertise in digital marketing, media, branding, PR and management, she founded Cookeville Lifestyle Magazine.

Katy was raised in Aiken, SC, but with her family being from the Manchester area, she was excited to claim Cookeville, TN as her home. She moved here in 2015 where she graduated from TTU and grew their family by one with a son, Ripken. Katy joined the SNR team in 2017 where she has dived into all things real estate and started doing their own flips and investments as well. She is a top producer here at SNR and has recently expanded her team with Natalie, a Team Specialist, to be able and give each client the attention they deserve!
